ME
What I love to do
As a saxophonist, session musician and MD, I love playing with bands across genres of jazz, rock, pop, and more. I’m passionate about arranging ensembles, directing bands, and helping musicians bring their ideas to life.
Inspired by the big bands of the 1930s and 40s, legends like Stevie Wonder and Chet Baker, and contemporary artists such as Snarky Puppy and Silk Sonic, I enjoy playing music from my favorites while collaborating to create something new.
MY
STORY
Music was always present growing up, drums in the shed, flutes in corners, and guitars throughout the house. It quickly became clear I was meant to have a career in music. I started with bass guitar, joining the school Big Band, and quickly became drawn to the saxophone.
Studying at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) for a BA in music, I had my first paid studio session and gigs giving me a springboard to future opportunities and igniting my passion to truly improve and put on a show. Since then, I’ve played in countless bands, and my love for music continues to drive me to create, arrange and perform.
